As an Advanced Crystal Practitioner and Certified Reiki Master, I offer unique personalized Reiki sessions. With my background in the healthcare system, I ensure a safe and compassionate session for those of service to others, to alleviate stress and prevent burnout. I combine the stable energy of crystals along with the gentleness of Reiki for a Holistic healing experience for my client's emotional, mental, physical or spiritual wellness. I provide and hold a neutral space for my client to relax, release and potentially process any imbalances in their energetic field. As an empath I am dedicated to serving those who serve others; and empower them to let go of what is not theirs to carry!

Leading us down a beautiful road of diversity in people and culture. With my background in the medical field, I am hoping to bring more awareness of this holistic modality to the military and medical communities.

I offer Reiki and Crystal Healing therapy services to support my clients' overall health and wellbeing. These sessions can be done in person or virtually, but I am currently only taking virtual appointments. I also offer Usui/Holy Fire® III level I, II and the Master course on selected dates throughout the year.
