As an Advanced Crystal Practitioner and Certified Reiki Master, I offer unique personalized Reiki sessions. With my background in the healthcare system, I ensure a safe and compassionate session for those of service to others, to alleviate stress and prevent burnout. I combine the stable energy of crystals along with the gentleness of Reiki for a Holistic healing experience for my client's emotional, mental, physical or spiritual wellness. I provide and hold a neutral space for my client to relax, release and potentially process any imbalances in their energetic field. As an empath I am dedicated to serving those who serve others; and empower them to let go of what is not theirs to carry!

I first heard the word Reiki when starting my spiritual journey in 2019. I didn't explore it much further. I realized over time, that there was something about my touch that my family gravitated towards. While exploring the reasoning behind my hands, I revisited Reiki in a self-paced online course but didn't feel much connection with it
I first heard the word Reiki when starting my spiritual journey in 2019. I didn't explore it much further. I realized over time, that there was something about my touch that my family gravitated towards. While exploring the reasoning behind my hands, I revisited Reiki in a self-paced online course but didn't feel much connection with it. In 2022 I had a cold that ruptured my eardrum, leaving me with no hearing for 11 days. Reiki again revisiting my thoughts, led me to a YouTube video. I then found my future mentor, Andrea Kennedy! After listening to her video, I started getting my hearing back within 3 hours. I have been practicing Reiki ever since. Whether it's our children asking for Reiki first before a band aid, or my husband needing relief from his arthritis in his spine or I just need to quiet my mind and relax from the day, Reiki supports our family and meets us where we are!
I've always loved and owned crystals since I was little; I just never knew the scientific properties behind them. Not only are they beautiful but they have a stable, significant effect on our energetic body!

I have been attuned to Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I/II and Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki Master. I am a Certified Crystal Healer and have completed the ACP program of the Love & Light School of Crystal Therapy. I strive in continuing my education as an energy healer that is dedicated to helping my clients achieve optimal health. I also

I offer Reiki and Crystal Healing therapy services to support my clients' overall health and wellbeing. These sessions can be done in person or virtually, but I am currently only taking virtual appointments.
