At Holistic Hands, my mission is to provide a natural and holistic alternative for my clients' health and wellness needs. This includes their physical, mental, and emotional health. I believe that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, and I strive to help facilitate that process through channeling Reiki and using specific crystals and their frequencies to help bring the body back into alignment.

Reiki is a Japanese practice that promotes the body's natural ability in healing itself. It is a stress reduction and relaxation technique that only requires an open mind and permission to receive its benefits. There is very minimal gentle touch to specific points on the body to promote healing and balance to these areas. Reiki can help relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall health. Crystal Healing has been recorded for many years in ancient civilizations. Although we use crystal quartz in everyday life in things like watches or clocks, we rarely think about them as a complementary healing modality. Their stable structure makes it more beneficial to our ever-changing energy bodies.  The science behind them is fascinating and valuable to our lives and health.
